3. MEDIA TRAINING, PROFESSIONAL DEALING with the press, radio and TV

It’s often only seconds that make the difference. Make the most of them by delivering your best audiovisual performance when it counts. It’s not always easy. Nervousness distracts from the content – and then there are the uninvited guests: dry mouth, lump in the throat, blackout in the head, the first slip of the tongue is followed by the second (Murphy’s Law) – and then you are right in the middle of the vicious circle of: Stage fright! Spotlight! Red light! Redirect your stress and stage fright in a positive way.

The language in figurative parables is the oxygen that makes what is said vivid and vivid and influences the listener emotionally. We like to be positively surprised.
